Inside the Role

What Is This Remote AI Opportunity?

@MaxFuega (IG | TH)

This project supports a foundational large language model company working to improve how AI assistants understand requests, select digital tools, complete tasks, and respond across multiple conversational turns.

Contributors will create high-quality training and evaluation data by simulating conversations between a user and an intelligent assistant. These conversations may involve calendars, email platforms, maps, cloud drives, and other connected applications.

You will represent both sides of the conversation while demonstrating how an AI assistant should reason through realistic requests, determine when a tool is necessary, select an appropriate function, and recognize when a task cannot be completed as requested.

Why This Work Matters

Helping AI Use Digital Tools More Effectively

The work helps train AI systems to move beyond answering simple questions. Contributors demonstrate how an assistant should interpret context, make decisions, use software tools, recover from errors, and communicate clearly throughout a task.

Core Responsibilities

What You May Be Asked to Do

Build Realistic Conversations Design natural, multi-turn interactions between users and AI assistants.
Create Tool-Based Scenarios Develop tasks involving email, calendars, maps, cloud drives, and related applications.
Select Appropriate Functions Determine when the assistant should use a tool and which function call fits the request.
Demonstrate Corrections Simulate tool calls and show how an assistant should recover when changes are needed.
Apply Logical Reasoning Create conversations that demonstrate contextual understanding and clear decision-making.
Follow Detailed Guidelines Revise conversations based on feedback while maintaining quality and consistency.

Candidate Profile

Who May Be a Strong Fit?
